Because every person and every story is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, while always prioritizing a collaborative and culturally responsive approach.
